The Space
Jasper's is a very classy restaurant, with lots of natural light and a well functioning kitchen.
The main dinning space. Windows to the left and some spot lighting give a warm open feel to the space.
The bar. Lots of beverages, glasses, and other drink related items line the back wall, giving the bar a prosperous and busy sort of cluttered feeling.
The chairs by the bar are all lined up, soon to be moved by a new client.
A potted cactus decorates one of the tables by the bar, adding a little color and bringing a piece of Texas inside.
The lights reflect off of the metal ventilation covering, and work with the outer spot lighting to make the kitchen a very bright and lively place.

The Process
Jasper's is home to staff that don't stop moving, whether it's putting the finishing touches on a gourmet salad or tending to people at a new table.
A delicious looking pasta with a creamy white sauce is being cooked on one of the many stove tops present in the kitchen.
At the start of the day, a fresh batch of chips among other things is being prepared for the incoming customers.

The Food
The finished product of the kitchen staff is nothing short of art, food which fills the air with a pleasant aroma and pleases the eye just as much.
